NOW 'T'HEREF'ORE WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the United States of America on the one part and the Sponsor on the other part do hereby mutually agree that the said Grant Agreement shall be and hereby is amended= 1. By revising the description of the project as set forth in the second paragraph, Page 1 of Amendment No. 1 to the Grant Agreement to read as follows: Acquire land (fee simple title or other property interests satisfactory to the Administrator in and to Tracts 3201, 3202, 3203, 3PO4, 3205, 3302, 3303 and 3304 as shown on property map Exhibit "A"); construct E-W runway 150' x 6000' including work necessary to provide runway visibility and grading for partial extended runway safety area with waste material; install medium intensity runway lights on E-W runway, lighted wind cone and segmented circle; con- struct parallel and connecting taxiways for E-W runway; perform pavement marking incidental to construction; install boundary fencing. By increasing the maximum obligation of the United States as set forth in Paragraph 1 of the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement from $608,617 from funds appro- priated under the Airport and Airway Development Act and $365,170 from funds appropriated from Ozarks Regional Commission pursuant to the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to $656,411 from funds appro- priated under the Airport and Airway Development Act and $393,846 from funds appropriated from Ozarks Regional Commission pursuant to the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965.
