BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL or BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OPENING OF LYON STREET IN j',iA.':FIELD "S
SECOND EASTERN ADDITION ALONG BLOCK 24
Be it resolved by the City Council of Batesville,
Arkansas as follows ;
1. That Lyon Street be opened its full length along
Dlock 24 in 1-Iaxfield ' s Second Eastern Addition.
2. The council finds that it is necessary that this
street Le opened in order to get adequate access to facilities to
be furnished for retarded children.
