A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO APPLY
FOR TITLE VI FUNDS (COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING
ACT OF 1973)
Be it resolved by the City Council of Batesville, Arkansas
as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of Batesville,
Arkansas be and the same hereby are authorized to apply for
and execute the necessary documents to secure Title VI Funds
(comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973) .
