BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Council of Batesville, Arkansas, agrees to give full
care and protection on Cemetery lots; W11 Lot 3, Block 7, Division 7,
and Wl� Lot 13, Block 7, Division 7, owner Mrs. Stella Laman Moss, deceased,
in exchange for full use and control of unused portions of these lots.
The owner and heirs relinquish all future rights on these lots.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 0 DAY OF OCTOBER, 1975.
