RESOLUTION NO.
BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Quail Valley Sewer
Improvement District No. 1 filed their Report of Commissioners
of Quail Valley Sewer Improvement District No. 1 in the office
of the City Clerk for the City of Batesville, Arkansas, on the
18th day of October, 1977; and
WHEREAS,, in said report , the Commissioners recommended
the appointment of Ernest Talburt, E. H. Musgrave and Earl
Landers as assessors for said District; and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Batesville
was apprised of the nomination of those persons as assessors ,
CW but has not formally adopted a resolution appointing said persons
as assessors :
THEREFORE, be it resolved:
That the nomination of E . H. Musgrave, Earl Landers .,
and Ernest Talburt is hereby approved and ratified, and the
actions of said persons in the assessments of benefits to be
derived from the sewer improvements proposed are hereby ratified
and approved by the City Council for the City of Batesville.,
Arkansas, and given effect as if their appointment had been made
upon the filing of the Report of Commissioners .
PASSES this 14th day of March, 1978 .
