SEPTEMBER 26, 2000
The Batesville City Council met for its regular meeting on September 26,
at 5:30 P.M. at the Municipal Building. Mayor Joe Biard presided over the
meeting. Councilmember Insell gave the invocation. Upon roll call, all the
council answered present. Also present were the City Clerk and the City
Attorney.
Councilmember Ford moved to approve the minutes as written and
Councilmember Insell seconded. All voted for.
Councilmember Insell moved to approve the prepared agenda.
Councilmember Gaither seconded and all voted for.
CEMETERY RESOLUTIONS
The council considered two cemetery resolutions. Resolution #2000-270-
2 for Christy B. Tucker for $100.00 and #2000-271-1 for Ron McCann for
$100.00. The resolutions being in order, Councilmember Insell moved that they
be approved. Councilmember Gaither seconded and all voted for.
There being no further business, Councilmember Mitchum moved to be
adjourned. Councilmember Gaither seconded and all voted for.
