A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF FITZHUGH STREET TO
THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN THE CITY OF BATESVILLE AND WHITE
RIVER MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS,the City desires to improve access for its citizens to Fitzhugh Park and to the
i health,wellness and emergency services offered by White River Medical Center.

NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BATESVILLE,ARKANSAS
SECTION 1:The City of Batesville hereby authorizes the extension of Fitzhugh Street
westward across its intersection with Twentieth Street and across Fitzhugh Park connecting it to
White River Medical Center's property in the vicinity of the road known as Hospital Circle.
