® AN ORDINANCE TO RE-ZONE PROPERTY LOCATED
WITHIN THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That from and after the passage of this ordinance, the following
described real property situated within the city limits of Batesville, Arkansas, now zoned
R-2, be, and hereby is, re-zoned to 1-2 as more specifically set out below:
A tract of land located in the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 10, which
lies South and West of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Sup and North
of a Branch, all in Section 10, Township 13 North, Range 6 West,
being 10 acres, more or less.
SECTION II: All ordinances and parts of ordinances and conflict herewith are
repealed.

EMERGENCY CLAUSE: Whereas it is necessary to effect the public peace,
health, safety and welfare and the orderly administration of the City an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be effective from and after the date of
its passage.
