AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF BILL WOLFORD TO
C-2 HIGHWAY COMMERICAL, AND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following property be and the same hereby is zoned
C-2 Highway Commercial located within the newly annexed area of
the City of Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas, to -wit:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Thirteen
(13) North, Range Six (6) West, described thus;
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said SE 1/4
SE 1/4 of said section, township and range, run
thence East 142 feet; thence North 319 feet; thence
West 142 feet; thence North 319 feet to the Point
of Beginning, containing in the parcel conveyed
one acre, more or less.
2. That the Batesville Planning Commission has recommended
that the above described city property be zoned as set forth
above.
