AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF HOWARD AND TOMMIE
TRIPP AND EARL AND KATHERINE TRIPP TO C-2 HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL AND
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following property be and the same hereby is zoned
C-2 Highway Commercial located within the City of Batesville,
Independence County, Arkansas, to -wit:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 8, Maxfield's Southern Addition to
the City of Batesville, Arkansas.
2. That the Batesville Planning Commission has recommended
that the above described city property be zoned as set forth
above.
