ORDINANCE NO. jq-
AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
IN SECTIONS 3 AND 4, TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH,
RANGE 6 WEST, I-2 INDUSTRIAL
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Batesville,
Arkansas, has on the 13th day of October, 1981, passed Resolution

No. '7721 accepting into the City of Batesville, Arkansas, certain)
lands in Section 3 and 4, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, as
annexed territory to the City of Batesville, Arkansas, said lands
being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter

and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter,
Section 4, Township 13 North, Range 6 West. Also a
part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 3, Township 13 North, Range 6 West; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission for the City of
Batesville, Arkansas, on the 6th day of October, 1981, had a
public hearing for the purpose of making recommendations as to
the zoning of said property, and at said public hearing
recommended to the City Council for the City of Batesville,
Arkansas, that said lands be zoned I-2 Industrial; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said recommendation
is proper,
BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED:
1. That the real property described herein should be,
and it is hereby, zoned I-2 Industrial as that zoning classifica-
tion is defined in the Zoning Laws for the City of Batesville,
Arkansas.
PASSED and APPROVED this 13th day of October, 1981.
