AN ORDINANCE RE -ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN FITZHUGH PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES.
I. The Batesville Planning Commission has recommended that the
following changes in zoning be made for certain lots in the Fitzhugh
Park Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas.
2. Lots One, Two, and the West Half of Lot Three of Block One of
Fitzhugh Park Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas, having
previously been zoned C-3, should be and aro hereby zoned C-2.
3. The West Half of Lot Eight and all of Lots Nine and Ten of
Block One of Fitzhugh Park Addition to the City of Batesville,
Arkansas, having previously been zoned R-2, should be and are
hereby zoned C-2.
4. It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists and
that this Ordinance, being necessary for the public welfare, it
shall be in full force and effect from the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 13TH DAY OF APRIL, 1982.
