AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF J14 NAST FROM R-3 RESIDENTIAL TO
C%VERCIAL C-2, DEa AM\TG A.�T 01ERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVI=, ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following city property be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-3
residential to commercial C -2a said Batesville Planning Commission held a
public hearing recommending the zoning change with the property particularly
described as:
Lot Six (6), Block Seven (7) of Maxfield's Southern
Addition to the City of Batesville, Independence County,
Arkansas.
2. It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists and that this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from the date of it's passage
for the necessary protection of the city health, safety and welfare.
