AN ORDINANCE RE-Z-ONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OF MALCOM MOORE AND EDITH MOORE FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL
TO COMMERCIAL C-2; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
AND OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS AS
LLOWS :
(1) The following city property be and the same hereby
is rezoned from R-1 residential to Highway Commercial C-2;
said property presently owned by Malcom Moore and Edith Moore
and said owners were the petitioners for said zoning classifi-
cation change.
(2) That the property is described thus, viz:
All that part of the Northwest Quarter
(NW,) of the Southeast Quarter (SEf) of
Section 10, Township 13N, Range 611 lying
South of the Missouri -Pacific Right-of-way,
containing 6z acres more or less.
(3) It is hereby found and declared that an emergency
exists and that this ordinance being necessary for the public
welfare, it shall be in full force and effect from the date
of its passage.
