AN ORDINANCE RE -ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF DESSIE SIMMERMO
FROM (R-2) RESIDENTIAL TO (C-2) COMMERCIAL; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
AND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
j ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following property be and the same hereby is re -zoned from R-2
residential to Commercial C-2;
Lot Seven (7) , Block Thirty Six (36) , Maxfield's Third
Eastern Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas.
2. It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists and that
ordinance being necessary for the public welfare, it shall be in full force and
effect from the date of its passage.
Passed and Approved this 13th day of September, 1977.
