AN ORDINANCE RE -ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF MARCUS BOWERS FROM
xRE -IDENTIAT, TO (C-2) COMMERCIAL: DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
AND OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILL, ARKANAS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following property be and the same hereby is re -zoned
from R-2 residential to C-2 Commercial:
Block 9, Lots 9 and 10 of Maxfield's Eastern Addition to the
City of Batesville, Arkansas, of Independence County.
2. It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists and
that this ordinance being necessary for the public welfare, it
shall be in full force and effect from the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this day of September, 1977.
