AN ORDINANCE REQUIR (=k T'tic ii S ALLATION OF DRAINAGE TILE IN
EACH DRIVE -WAY CONS i RU M D. or REPAIRED; DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY; AND FOR O LEIE ? PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL O1= THE INCORPORATED TOWN
OF BAfESVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. It shall her►cefonth be uolanFul for any person, firm, entity,

or cor por ation car construct Or repair a drive -way on any property w i th i r,
the corporate city limits without installing drain tile to accomodate
water flour commensurate with reascnable standards approved by the City
Building Inspector.
2. Any person, firm, e iti ty, or corporation violating the provisions
of this ordinance shall be d3em2d guilty of a misdEmeanor and upon conviction
shall be fined in any sum of not less than `25.00 nor more than $500.00;
Each day of violation lotion shall con ;ti tote a separate l e offense.
3. The City Council f'e2ls the present: neglect toinclude drain tiles
in new or repaired drive -way; c)nstitutes a municipal health hazard or in the
foreseeable future will cons t;i t ate a danger to thn well-being, safety or
general welfare of the city residents.
4. An Emergency is Therefore Declared and this ordinance being
necessary for the preservati )n Jf the public p€:Erse, health and safety shall
he in Full force and efFect; ir•om and "rfLur its passage.
