The following property be and the same hereby is re -zoned from R-3 residential to commercial C -1-A. 2. That the property is described as Lot Seven (7) and Lot Eight (8) of Block Eleven (11) of Byers Neeley's Ad- dition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas. 3.
