AN ORDINANCE RE -ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM R-3 RESIDENTIAL
TO COMMERCIAL C -1-A; DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. The following property be and the same hereby
is re -zoned from R-3 residential to commercial C -1-A.
2. That the property is described as Lot Seven (7)
and Lot Eight (8) of Block Eleven (11) of Byers Neeley's Ad-
dition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas.
3. It is hereby found and declared that an emergency
exists and that this ordinance being necessary for the public
welfare, it shall be in full force and effect from the date of
its passage.
