AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF BILLY MAR1tIN FROM R-3 RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL C-3; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS: 1. The following property, located within the City of Bates -1, Tille, is presently zoned R-3 residential and has been recommended' )y the Batesville Planning Commission to be changed to C-3 commer- tial zoning. 2. That the following property is hereby rezoned to C-3 commercial. 3. The property is described as: The West 10 feet of Lot #3 Block #7 and the East 42 feet of Lot #4 of Block #7, all in Wycough's Addition to the City of Batesville, and more particularly described as follows: i Commence at Se Corner of Lot #3 and run West 60 feet for Place of a to the West line of j Beginning; thence continue West for 10 feet Lot #3; thence North on said West Line for 150 feet; thence East ' for 10 feet; thence South 150 feet to Place of Beginning. This being the West 10 feet of Lot #3, Block #7, Wycough's Addition (10 x 150), ALSO, { Commence at SE Corner of Lot #4 for Place of Beginning, thence run' West for 42 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence East for 42 feet; thence South for 150 feet to Place of Beginning. This being the East 42 feet of Lot #4, Block #7, Wycough's Addition (42 x 150). 4.
