AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS THREE AND FOUR, BLOCK
FIFTY-SIX, SCHOOL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission for the City of Batesville, Arkansas,
has held public hearings relative to the rezoning of certain properties situated
in the City of Batesville, Arkansas; and
'+ WHEREAS, that following said hearings and study by the Planning Commission,

the said Planning Commission has recommended the rezoning to Commercial C-3
zoning, of the following described property in the City of Batesville, Arkansas:
Lots three (3) and four (4) in Block fifty-six (56 of the
School Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas, being
a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW,) of Section sixteen
(16), Township thirteen (13) ;'forth, Range six (6) West.
WHEREAS, the owners of said property now seek the rezoning of said property
as recommended by the Planning Commission for the City of Batesville, Arkansas;,
THEREFORE, be it ordained that the real property described herein be re-
zone, to the Commercial use classification C-3 and that the zoning map for the
City of Batesville, Arkansas, be amended to reflect such rezoning.
PASSED and APPROVED on thisZ� day of June, 1978.
