SEVENTY-FIVE (775) PROVIDING FOR IMPOUNDMENT OF DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE; FEES
TO BE PAID TO CITY FOR THE IMPOUNDMENT AND KEEPING OF SAID IMPOUNDED DOGS;
DESTRUCTION OF DOGS IN UNCLAIMED OR FEES NOT PAID; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY;
AND OTHER PURPOSES.
