An Ordinance Re -zoning certain property of Charles Runyan from
(R-2) residential to C-2 commercial; declaring an emergency and other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
AS FOLLOWS:
l.The following property be and the same hereby is re -zoned from
R-2 residential to Highway Commercial C-2:
Lot Twelve (12) and a strip of uniform width off the
entire WEst side of the Lot Eleven (11) of 5 feet all in
Block 60 of Maxfield's Third Eastern Addition to the City
of Batesville, Arkansas.
2. It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists and that
this ordinance being necessary for thepublic welfare, it shall be in full
force and effect from the date of its passage.
