BLAIR FROM R-3 RESIDENTIAL TO COWERCIAL C-3; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, ARKANSAS AS FOLLOI 1. The following city property be and the same hereby is rezoned from R-3 residential to commercial C-3; said property presently being owned by Herbert M. Blair and Ruth G. Blair petitioners for said zoning change. 2. That the legal description of the property is: Lot 6 of Block 10 of Maxfield's Southern Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas. 3. It is hereby found and declared that an emergency exists and that this ordinance being necessary for the public welfare, it shall be in full force and effect from the date of its passage.
