from R-3 residential to C-2 commercial; declaring an emergency
and other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED By The City Council of the City of
Batesville, Arkansas, as follows:
(1) The following property be and the same
hereby is re -zoned from R-3 to highway commercial

Lot 7 in.Block 56 of School Addition to
the City of Batesville, Arkansas, in

(2) It is hereby found and declared that an
! emergency exists and that this ordinance being necessary for
