the azimuth of the respective bearings.
That same be reclassified as "C -la" Commercial Zone, subject only
to the requirement that there be a uniform set -back of 25 feet of
all of the above described property fronting on Harrison Street,
to the end that no buildings be erected on said 25 foot strip
fifteen
fronting on Harrison Street, and a uniform set back of xt= feet
across the entire south end of the property being the property
adjacent to Oaklawn Cemetery. The property shall be used only for
medical related purposes, which will complement the operation of
a medical center to the end that the entire property be developed
in a way that will make for the efficient development of a com-
plete medical center; and the said proposed changes would be to
the best interest of the City of Batesville.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Batesville, Arkansas:

That the City Council adopt the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission as above set forth and the lands
hereinabove described be and are hereby classified under the
applicable zoning law and regulations to the classification of
'C-lA" Commercial Zone, subject only to the requirement of the
uniform set -back of 25 feet of all of the property fronting on
fifteen
Harrison Street and a uniform set back of t)erxfeet across the=en-
tire south end of the property being the property adjacent to
Oaklawn Cemetery. The property shall be used only for medical

SECTION II
That the City Clerk shall cause the official zoning
map to note the change as above set forth.
SECTION III
That there is hereby found and declared to be an
immediate need for the reclassification as above set forth for
the benefit of the public health, safety and welfare of the City
of Batesville, Arkansas, and the area hereby affected.
It is therefore, declared that an emergency exists and
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health, peace, safety and welfare and shall be in force and
shall take effect immediately upon and after its passage.
