AN ORDINANCE APPROVING LUSTER'S SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Batesville, Arkansas,
as follows:
1. Luster's Sub -division to the city of Batesville
be and the same hereby is approved.
2. The County Recorder is authorized to place the
plat of the sub -division of record.
