AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM R-2
ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO C-2 ZONING CLASSIFICATION
Be It Ordained By The City Council of Batesville, Arkansas as follows:
1. That the following described land be and the same hereby
is rezoned from R-2 to C-2. Said property is described
as follows:
Beginning at a point 284 feet from the South
of Center of Section 15, Township 13 North,
Range 6 West;
Thence South 401 feet to the North line of
Highway # 69;
Thence North 24 degrees West along the North
Right of Way line of said Highway 288 feet;
Thence Northeasterly 170 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, excluding the parcel of land sold
by Annie L. Morgan to C. T. Roberson on or
about the 17th day of April, 1948, recorded
on April 21, 1948 in Deed Book H-6, Page 195.
2. This ordinance being necessary for the public weal shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
