Mr. Pegg has filed with the County Court the
necessary papers to proceed with his annexation. I am en-
closing an easement deed in the mayor's letter for him to
execute along with 'fir. Carpenter.
We are also enclosing in Mr. Carpenter's
letter a filed copy of the petition for annexation. The County
Judge is setting a date for the hearing and normally this pro-
cess takes 39 to 45 days from date of notice. If you have any
questions do not hesitate to contact me.
