An Ordinance changing the Annual Accounting Dates
of the Batesville Sewer System.
Whereas the water and sewer systems are now under a
single control and.
Whereas it is advantagous and more economically
feasible that the water and sewer accounts be audited on the same
dates and they are now being audited on different dates:
Therefore Be It Ordained By The City of Batesville
As follows:

1. That from and after
the pasbage of
this ordinance
the sewer
system accounts shall be
audited during
the month of
each year.
