AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF NORTH ADDIE SUBDIVISION
AND STREETS THEREIN.
Whereas the Batesville Planning Commission has duly approved
North Addie Subdivision within the City of Batesville, Arkansas,
and
Whereas it is found that said subdivision will be beneficial
to the City of Batesville, Arkansas.
Now therefore be it ordained by the City Council of
Batesville, Arkansas, as follows:
1. The Deed of Dedication of North Addie Subdivision
be and the same hereby is accepted.
2. The Dedication of the Street and North Addie Sub-
division, namely Addie Street, be and t same hereby
is accepted.
