An Ordinance Raising The Salary of The Municipal Court Clerk
of Batesville, Arkansas declaring an emergency and other
Purposes
Be It Ordained by the City Council of Batesville,
Arkansas as follows:
1. From and after the passage of this Ordinance
the salary of the Municipal Court Clerk of Batesville be and
the same hereby shall be the sum of $3,000.00 per annum start-
ing with the 1st day of January, 1972.
2. This ordinance being necessary for the effi-
cient administration of justice an emergency is hereby declared
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF
1972.
