AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYUR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE ANY
NECESSARY EASEMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE ACROSS
POKE BAYOU.
Be it ordained by the city council of Batesville,
Arkansas as follows:
1. That the mayor and the city clerk be and
the same hereby are authorized, empowered and directed to
execute all necessary easements and rights-of-way for the
construction of a bridge across Poke Bayou.
2. This ordinance being necessary for public
safety in traveling across the Poke Bayou, an emergency is
hereby declared and this ordinance will be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
