BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS
ORDINANCE NO.72:2�
An Ordinance accepting the dedication of 30th
Street.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Batesville,
Arkansas, as follows:
1. That the following described lands heretofore
having been dedicated for use as a street to the City of Bates-
ville, Arkansas by Kimmswick Corporation, Boyce Hall, Robbie
Hall, Emerson Electric Company, First National Bank, Little
Rock, Arkansas and the National Bank of Commerce of Pine Bluff,
Arkansas; that said dedication is accepted by the City of
Batesville, Arkansas.
2. The dedicated property is described as:
A 60' strip of land for a street right-of-way
(30th Street, Batesville, Arkansas) being a
part of the South Half (Sz) of Section Fifteen
(15), Township Thirteen (13) North, Range Six
(6) West, to -wit:
"Begin at the Northwest corner of the NE4 SE4
Section 15; run North 87 degrees 16' East 30.0'
thence South 2 degrees 15' East 1633.5' to the
North right-of-way line of Arkansas highway 69;
thence Westerly along said north right-of-way
line 60.0'; thence North 2 degrees 15' West
1625' more or less, to the North line of the
NWW4 SE4 Section 15; thence North 87 degrees 16'
East 30.0' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, being 2.24
acres, more or less."
3. Said street is known as 30th Street.
