Clark Gentlemen: The petition for change in zoning classifi- cations of the lands particularly described in the attached petition is filed with the City Planning Commission. A notice of public hearing upon this petition was duly published in the Batesville Guard on the 8th day of July, 1969, and a public hearing was conducted by the City Planning Commission on the 5th day of August, 1969. At the September 2 meeting of the Planning Commission, the Commission in a duly constituted meeting approved the requested change and hereby recommends that the City Council change the zoning classifications of those lands from R-2 Residential to C-2 Commercial.
