An Ordinance changing the rates allowed to he
charged for taxi cabs and vehicles for hire in the City of
Batesville.
se It Ordained by the City Council of Batesville,
Arkansas as follows:
SEC`1'ION I -- Ordinance 749 Section <; adopted
December 12th, 1968 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The following rates are heresy authorized
and no rate may be greater or less than this
schedule, $1.00 per call inside City limits.
An additional 250 per parcel pickup.''
SECTION II -- An emergency is hereby found to exist
and this Ordinance being necessary for the public weal of the
City of Batesville. It shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
