An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 735, Section Three,pro-
viding for an increase in salary of the Municipal Court Clerk.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of Batesville, Arkansas,
as follows:
1. That the first sentence in Section Three of Ordinance
735 of the City of Batesville be and the same hereby amended as
follows:
"The person appointed under provisions of this ordinance
shall perform all the duties, incident to the office as the same
are defined to the court shall receive an annual salary therefore
in the sum of $2400.00 payable exclusively out of the funds or
account heretofore set forth."
2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordin
ance shall take full force and effect from and after is passage.
