BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS, as
follows l
1. That the property of National Welding Supply, Inc.

described as follows:
Part of the Southwest Quarter (SA) of Section
15, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, described
as follows: Starting 35 feet South and 2050
feet East from Quarter Section corner between
Sections 15 and 16, Township 13 North, Range 6
West, for place of beginning, thence South 580
feet to North line of Country Club property;
thence East to the Southwest right-of-way line
of Highway No. 69; thence Northwesterly along
said line to the point of beginning.
Be and the same hereby is rezoned to C-2 Zoning
Classification.
2. City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make
the necessary change on the zoning map as above set
forth.
3. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
Ordinance being necessary for the well being and
public weal shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
