THE 1965 EDITION PRESCRIBING MINIMUM STANDARDS OF ELECTRICAL
WIRING IN THE CITY OF BATESVILLE

Latesville, Arkansas;

adopted and incorporates+ by reference herein as thouch set out
fully word for word. Three () copies of said cote are nog;; on
file in the office of the Clerk in the City of hatesville,
Arkansas. The provisions of said code will .be cont.r-ollinc within
tAc l_i.rdts of.. the City of Batesville, Arkansas.
ShCTION 2. is TIME ICY CLAUSE
An emergency is hereby declares: to exist and this
ordinance being necessary for the safety and welfare of the
persons of Batesville, shall he in full force and affect from and,
after its passage.
