Subdivision and Streets Therein
Ahereas thn Batesville Planning Commission has duly
approved Allgood's Subdivision within the City of Batesville,
Arkansas and,
Viereas it is found that said subdivis ior. will be bene-
ficial to tLe city of Batesville, Arkansas.
Now Therefore to It ansolved By The City Council of Pates-
ville, Arkansas As Follows:
1. The Geed of dedication of Allgood's Subdivision be
and the same hereby is accepted.
2. The dedication of the street in Allgood's Subdivision
narely Carol Street he and the same hereby is accepted.
3. An emergency is herMy declared and this ordinance
being necessail for the welfare of the citizens of Eatesville
shall take full force and ofEect from its passage.
