Earl Tripp, and Mr. & Mrs. Howard Tripp have shown to me their proposed plans for constr- uction of a combination office, warehousing, storage buil- ding on the property adjacent to my property. Earlier the City Planning Commission indica- ted that I would be notified of any future hearings with reference to the property's use.
