Gentlemen:
Mr. & Mss. Earl Tripp, and Mr. & Mrs. Howard
Tripp have shown to me their proposed plans for constr-
uction of a combination office, warehousing, storage buil-
ding on the property adjacent to my property.
Earlier the City Planning Commission indica-
ted that I would be notified of any future hearings with
reference to the property's use. This is to advise you
that I have no objections to the proposed construction,
and feel that it will be to the best interest of the prop-
erty owners as well as to the City of Batesville that the
authority be given the Tripps to ca out the sired
construction,
