AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SUBDIVISION REGULATICNS FCR THE
CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:, PURPOSE, DEFINITIONS, PROCEDURAL
RECUIREMENTS, SUBDIVISION PLAT REQUIREMENTS, SUBDIVISION DESIGN
AND LAYOUT, REQUIREMENTS FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL, PRCCEDUAL
REQUIREMENTS FOR LOT -SPLIT AND OTHER PROVISIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE,
ARKANSAS
Section 1: Subdivision Regulations. That the subdivision

'29, 1966, after public hearing held on November 29, 1966 are

hereby adopted. Three copies of the zoning regulations above
referred to are on file in the office of the City Clerk and are
available for public inspection.
Section 2: Penalties. Any person, firm, or corporation
found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance
shall be fined for each such violation as provided by Section
41-106, Arkansas Statutes 1947 Annotated.
Section 3: Emergency Clause. This Ordinance being necessa
for the preservation of the public peace, health, comfort, con
venience, morals, safety, and welfare of the City of Batesville,
an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from the date of its adoption.
