SECTION lo ThiNt .it shall be unlawful for any person. 1:irm
or corporation to walk, ride or drives or park any automobile# truck or

improvement or repair as above provided, whether- said work is being done
through the means of an Improvament District or by the regular city
authorities, and in th�,, upinion of the person# or persons, in char,,'e

thereof shall place a barrier across such street wit4 suitable sign
thereon indicating that such street is closed to traffic. Such barrier
