Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corpora-
tion to engage in the business of selling goods, wares or .merahan-

Seqtiog.3. any person, firm czar corporation violating the provisions
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
convietion shall be fined in any sum not more than 4100.00.
action 4. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its
passage and publication. Passed:
