Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance Number 538 of the City of
Batesville, Arkansas, is hereby amended and enlarged by the addition
of the following words to the last sentence thereof:
Provided, however, before any permit to sell beer and/
or light wines shall be granted to any person, said person shall. make
and subscribe to an oath that his place of `ness is more then
three hundred fifty feet from a church, and that he will not under
such permit sell or offer for sale beemanvidede
light wines within
three hundred fifty feet Of any obUrvhfurther, any
person violating this section shall upon conviction be subjeet to
lime and penalty provided in beotion 7 hereof.
Section n_This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after passage and publicaties.
