AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT HERETOFORE
FILED, AND CREATING THE WEST DIVISION OF OAKLAWN CEMETERY,
FIXING THE PRICES OF CERTAIN LOTS THEREIN, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Plat creating the WEST DIVISION of OA.KLAWN CEMETERY,
heretofore filed by the Cemetery Committee of the Council, be and the
same is hereby adopted and approved;9nd, the following prices are hereby
fixed on the lots therein that are novo open for sale, to -wit:
Each 20 x 20 ft. Lot (including Street Curb) in Blocks One, Two,
Three and Four . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
. X43.00;
Each 10 x 20 ft. Lot (including Street Curb) in Blocks Two and
Four . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $21.50;
Each 20 x 20 ft. Lot in Blocks Nine and Ten . . . . . . 132.00.
Section 2. All shrubs, plants, etc. placed on any of said Lots shall
be subject to the approval and under the supervision of the Caretaker
of said Cemetery; and, all curbs and corner stones shall be of the "flush"
type.
Section 3. Muniments of title to said Lots shall upon purchase and sale
pass as provided by existing ordinances of the City, and such as have been
executed heretofore are in all things confirmed and approved.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect after its passage
and publication. r
