AN ORDINANCE INCREASING SALARIES OF PERSONNEL
OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVI LLE, AWANSAS:
Section 1. That on and after the effective date hereof, the salaries
of the personnel of the Police Department of the City of Batesville,
Arkansas, shall be as follows:
A. Chief of Police, Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00)
per month+
Be Assistant Chief of Police, Two Hundred Twenty-five
Dollars ($225.00) per month;
C. Bash Patrolman, for and during first and initial six
months connection and services with Department,One
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($175.00) per month;
fb r and during the second and continuous six months
connection and services with Department, One Hundred
Eighty-seven & 50100 Dollars ($187.50) per month;
for continuous connection and services thereafter
with Department, Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month.
Credit for past services shall apply as relates to
salary brackets of respective and existing Patrolmen,
as of the effective date hereof*
Section 2. All resolutions, by-laws and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be and become effective on and after
January 1, 1952.
