BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fates-
ville, Arkansas:
Section 1. That that portion of Bear; street from its
intersection with plain Street north to folk bayou and that
portion of Front, Street west of the right of wa;T of the 'Jissouri
Pacific Railroad right oy' way be and the same are hereby
abandoned as public streets in the City of Batesville.

Railroad to the center line of Jean Street adjoins the 1-nds
