NO. 621 OF THE CITY OF BA TESVILLE, ARKANSAS, BY DES IGNA TING
ADD I TIONA.L PARKING NI TER ZONES AND PROVIDING FOR INS TAl I TION
OF ADDITIONAL PARKING NM TERS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF BATESVILI.E, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Section Two (2) of Ordinance No. 621 is hereby amended
and supplemented as follows:
The West side of North Third"Street from the Alley and North to
Water Street, and the East side of Zhird Street from College Avenue
to Vater Street, (save such restrivted, and loading and unloading,
areas as may be designated now or hereafter by resolution or drdinance
of the City Council), be and such are hereby fixed and designated as
additional "Parking Dieter Zones", and perking meters may be installed
thereon.
Section 2* this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication.
