AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCE
NO. 621 OF THE CITY OF B,PTTSVILLE, ARKANSAS, BY
DESIGNATING ADDITIONAL PARKING METER ZONES AND
PROVIDING FOR 114STAIIA.TION OF ADDITIONAL PARKING
METERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Section Two (2) of Ordinance No. 621 is hereby amended
and supplemented as follows:
South Broad Street from College Avenue to Boswell Street be and
such is hereby fixed and designated as an additional"Parking Meter Zons"s,
and parking meters may be installed thereon*
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication.
