BE IT ORDAaNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ,ARKANSAS s
That Ordinance No. 569 of the City of Batesville, Arkansas, adopted
on April 22, 1941, which levied awcoccupation tax on those engaged in
the wholesale oil and gas business in Batesville, be and the same is
hereby Repealed•
